A couple of snow days for the Hill's!

Last Saturday we took Sydney and Dallin sledding at the elementary school by us. Sydney had a blast. Dallin liked it for a while, but got a little tired.
Here's our snow angel!
She didn't want to share the sled so she would bring it halfway up the hill and jump on. She started going backwards too. She got pretty brave. It surprised me and Jared.
We had a fun Christmas. We actually didn't go in the living room until after 8. The kids were up by 7:30, but we watched a little bit of a Christmas movie in our room. Sydney got into it. Dallin didn't know what he was missing out on in the living room. He decided he was hungry for breakfast and that's what got us out there. When he saw that Santa had come he wasn't so hungry anymore. They are at a great age for Christmas and surprises!
Doesn't he look so tickled?
The day after Christmas we went to Jared's parents' house for more sledding. Jared pulled them behind the 4-wheeler in his dad's field. Way fun, but way cold! Sydney had a blast again. Dallin thought it was okay, but riding on the 4-wheeler with dad was way more fun.
Here's Sydney with her Aunt Amanda.
And Dallin with Uncle Aaron.

Christmas at Mom and Dad's

It was a pretty cool day today. Christmas at mom and dad's seems to be pretty fun most years. This year, Tyler, Kim and Girls came over and we ate. Carmen, David and Maddy showed up too. The house was full but not too full. Nothing like Thanksgiving. We all had some good laughs.

Update from Todd!

Okay, so I am still in Oregon. I work at Walmart. I accepted a temporary internal job working in the pharmacy. The time for the temporary assignment is up, but I've been asked to stay in the pharmacy because of my spanish. They do give better hours than being a cashier. And when the main pharmacist told me that he would let me drive his porsche in town one day, I couldn't resist.

Brittni

It's almost the end of the semester and I will be home for Christmas. Tests and Papers are really starting to stack up, they like to do that to you at the end of the semester. Well I have a crazy cool roommate named Kelsey and things are always interesting when we are together. Monday was great..... I got pulled down to my butt in the snow by a girl I didn't even know, Kelsey blew a fuse at the tanning salon, I threw her into the TV and later she threw a plate of cheesecake in my face. All in all it's crunch time and things tend to get crazy! Here is a pic of our cheese covered faces and this is after we tried to wash them :)

Hill Happenings

We got snow here on Saturday. This is the first real snow this year. It's also the first time Dallin has really played in it. Jared helped Sydney and Dallin build a little snowman. Then Jared pulled them around in the sled. They had a blast. They look like little angels, right? Well, the next day Jared and I were in the living room and we could hear Sydney and Dallin giggling in our bedroom. Jared went to check on them. I could tell it wasn't a good thing, but Jared told me I needed to come see what they were doing. I asked if I needed the camera. Yes! They got into some hand cream and Dallin had it smeared all over his face. The poor kid had red eyes the rest of the day.So, that's our kids. I am now 15 1/2 weeks pregnant. Not fitting too well in my regular clothes and not fitting into maternity clothes. It's not the best part of pregnancy. Tonight is my last photoshop class. Jared is teaching a hunters' safety class with his dad. It ends next week. Now, let's hear from you guys!

Let's Get Going!!!

So, here's the new Sanders Family Blog! I thought a picture of Mom and Dad would be nice since they started this family. I hope this will be a fun way to keep up with the things going on in our family. There's so many exciting things we can share. I hope everybody is willing to contribute and enjoys seeing our family grow and change.
