Pioneer children...

Heather just returned from a 4 day pioneer trek. For a 10 hour young women’s goal, she made her own pioneer dress and apron. She had a lot of fun with her pioneer family. They walked and walked and walked and walked and walked. One of her favorite things was getting to wash her hair on the trek. The hardest thing was dealing with the blisters on her heels. She has a new appreciation for the pioneers.

Just a few pics

I never posted photos from when Tyler and Kim were down here. They came down for Tyler's friend's wedding. Mom and Dad made it down here the night before we had Garrison, also known in Tyler's family as Amelia's birthday. We went to the pond in Salem to feed the ducks. The ducks weren't hungry because it was the first really nice day in a while and everybody else got to it before we did. Sydney and Avery had fun together.Super cute faces! Love this one! Since the ducks weren't eating we went over to the park and played a little. Even dad got a little playing in! The next day was a super busy one with stuff wedding and baby stuff going on. We had a cake for Amelia that night.
