Avery
I can't believe nobody put a picture of this cutey patootie on this blog on Friday when she turned 5!!!

We love you Avery! I think she is so funny! When they were here at our house they didn't have their church clothes to go to church because they weren't planning on staying for church. I dug out some of Sydney's old clothes. The first thing I had out for Avery was a not-so-fancy skirt. She was okay with it, but I wasn't because it didn't match her shirt. Avery and I went back down to dig through the clothes and I pulled out a fluffy pink princessy dress. She squealed a little when I asked her if it would be okay for her to wear. She was very happy to put it on to see if it would work. She came with me to Primary. She didn't want to go to class with Sydney, but she sat on my lap and patted her dress every once in a while. She is so cute! And she is such a great little cuddler! I can't believe she's 5!

Sanders Family get together update
There were probably around 60 people there. Most of those were the cousins' kids. I think I counted 15 cousins. Kimberly and Heather (George's girls); Melanie and me; Kevin, Natalie, Sonya, Steven, and Stephanie (John's kids); Amy (Jim's girl); Heather and Richard (Chris'); Cheryl (Barbara's); and tall Paul (that's what Natalie called him) and his brother (Woodland). George and Jackie, Aunt Chris, Barbara and Don, Jim, and Lucille were there. Anyway, Kevin Sanders and his sister Sonya put it together. It was really nice. They had games set up for the kids to play and there was a playground. We all brought our own lunch and treats and snacks to share. We mostly just sat around talking. It was good to catch up. I think everybody I talked to asked how the family was, especially mom and dad. Kevin and Natalie would love to hear stories from dad about their dad. They know they did crazy things, but would love to hear some stories. Somebody get those out of dad and type them up. They would also like to get a picture compilation together. It would be fun to see all of the cousins and their families so we can figure out who belongs to who. I'm in charge of getting pictures from our family, so get to work on getting some to me. A family picture would be good. Or a couple picture and then individuals of your kids.

September Birthdays!!
Happy Birthday to our September birthdays!! We have Dad's birthday on the 13th, Grandma Holt will be 90 on the 17th, Avery's birthday is the 18th, Grandpa Holt on the 27th and David's birthday on the 29th. Happy Birthday to you all this month!
